U.S. Return and Exchange Policy
Hobie is happy to accept returns and/or exchanges of items ordered online within 30 days. Items eligible for returns must be in the original condition (not damaged, worn or washed). Contact us at orders@hobie.com if you have any questions.

Products ordered online cannot be returned to Hobie authorized retailers or any retail store that carries Hobie products.

Products purchased on Hobie.com can only be returned following the process outlined here. We do not accept returns for products purchased at a Hobie retail store or from any website other than hobie.com. We only accept returns for products purchased on www.Hobie.com. All exchanges and returns must have an original receipt. The refund will be processed on the credit or debit card used for the original payment.


All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation containing order information.

To exchange an item for another size or product, please contact us at orders@hobie.com and we will assist in placing this order.

You may use any shipping method of your choosing; however, we do advise that you use a shipping provider that offers tracking as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of the product.
