U.S. Return and Exchange Policy
Hobie is happy to accept returns and/or exchanges of items ordered online within 30 days. Items eligible for returns must be new and unused with original packaging. All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation containing order information. The refund will be processed on the credit or debit card used for the original payment. PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON HOBIE.COM AND PICKED UP AT YOUR LOCAL AUTHORIZED HOBIE DEALER MUST BE RETURNED TO THAT SAME DEALER. THESE CANNOT BE RETURNED TO HOBIE, OTHER HOBIE RETAILERS OR ANY RETAIL STORE THAT CARRIES HOBIE PRODUCTS.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON HOBIE.COM AND SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO HOBIE HEADQUARTERS. THESE CANNOT BE RETURNED TO AUTHORIZED HOBIE DEALERS AND RETAILERS.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation containing order information.
All returns and exchanges on orders placed on Hobie.com and picked up at your local authorized Hobie dealer must be made directly with the dealer where you took delivery of your products. These cannot be returned to Hobie or any other retailer.
For orders placed on hobie.com and shipped directly to you, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of the product.
Simply mail your Hobie.com product and a copy of your order confirmation to: Hobie Cat Company, Attn: Hobie.com Returns 4056 Calle Platino, Oceanside, CA 92056.
You may use any shipping method of your choosing; however, we do advise that you use a shipping provider that offers tracking as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
